When can you fix my site?
If you need immediate assistance, we offer the a turnaround time of 1 business day on the Pay-As-You-Go Give It To Me Now plan. The hourly rate is higher but that’s because we drop everything so we can get your site back up and running. We also offer 3 and 5 day turnarounds.
What happens if you can’t fix my problem?
Before any work is started we contact you to discuss your issue. If we are unable to assist you, we will refund your deposit immediately.
Why do I need maintenance?
Some people don’t need maintenance. And then there are some EE users who have left their original developers and now need tweaks and adjustments done to their sites. Things they don’t want to do themselves or just don’t know how to do.
For example, one of the clients that we work with likes to swap out her custom designed tagline every few weeks and experiment with different plugins. She doesn’t have the time or desire to do this herself. She’s busy and would rather spend her time creating fresh new content for her readers. That’s one of the ways a maintenance plan can help you. We can make tweaks and adjustments that you don’t have the time or desire to tackle yourself. Another client calls on us regularly to fine tune his content layout and update his awards, recommended reads and add new social networking options like Tweetmeme.
Everyone’s needs will vary. Perhaps you want to add a forum or wiki, maybe you want to finally get that Tell-A-Friend feature and Ratings module installed and don’t want to wait 4-8 weeks to get it done. Maybe you just want the security of knowing that there is someone here to help you when something new comes up. If so, a maintenance package might be just the right option.
